• "Blockchain Network" refers to a distributed digital ledger shared among a computer’s network node to which maintains the secure and decentralized record of transactions.
• "ContributionDao Policies" refers to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and other policies regarding to the Service, including any of the amendment and modification thereof.
• "Delegator" refers to the owner of Tokens that are delegated to the Validator Node operated by ContributionDao.
• "Delegator Rewards" refers to the Tokens received by the Delegator for using the our Service.
• " Force Majeure Events" refers to the causes beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, which may include embargoes, acts of war (whether declared or not), insurrections, riots, civil commotions, acts of terrorism, change of the applicable laws, strikes, lockouts or other labor disturbances, pandemics, epidemics or acts of God.
• "IPs" shall have the meaning as referred to in Clause 5 (Intellectual Property Rights) of this Terms.
• "Service "shall have the meaning as referred to in Clause 2 (Our Service) of this Terms.
• " Token(s)"refers to digital units that are tracked by and native to the certain Blockchain network.
• " Validator Node"refers to the participant in a proof of stake Blockchain Network.

We operate the software and hardware required to run the Validator Nodes which enable you to use our Service. By delegating your Tokens to the Validator Node we operate, the delegated Tokens will validated, verified recorded to the transaction blocks on the Blockchain Network (the "Service"). The Delegator retains full ownership over, and we have no access to, the delegated Tokens. The Delegator shall receive the Delegator Rewards in exchange of using our Service.

We will use commercially reasonable effort to operate our Validator Node in a diligent and professional manner adhering to applicable industry standards to render the Service.

• Subject to the Terms, we hereby grant you a non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to access our Site and use the Service.
• Our Service is only available if you are 18 years or older, and have legal capacity to enter into any contractual relationships under the applicable law.
• You acknowledge and agree that activities involved in the Blockchain Network are new, and unspeculative, and that there is significant uncertainty regarding the application of existing Law thereto. You acknowledge that delegating the Tokens is solely assumed by you.
• You represent and warrant that you are experienced and sophisticated in using and evaluating Blockchain Network and any technologies related to our Service. You are of duty to conduct your own analysis and research on Blockchain Network and the other activities before you independently determine to delegate any Tokens to us under these Terms and ContributionDao Policies. You represent and warrant that you do not rely on any statement, information, representation or warranty, either express or implied, written or oral, made by or on behalf of ContributionDao in connection therewith.
• You represent and warrant that using our Service or entering into these Terms does not result in a breach or violation of any applicable law, regulation, any order or judgment of any court or other agency of government applicable to you or any contract or agreement of which you have entered into or are bound to. You also represent and warrant in particular that it will fully comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You acknowledge that the Delegator shall be solely responsible for payment of all applicable taxes (if any) to which the Delegator Rewards might be subject and any and all other taxes, that may apply to You.

To provide you the Service, you may be required to identify your identity and membership on the third parties’ platforms. We cannot guarantee accuracy, completeness, currency, suitability for any particular purpose, or free of viruses and malwares on such platforms. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expenses incurred as a result of your use of such platforms.

Any contents available on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, photographs, editorial content, notices, software, computer programs, trademark, tradename, domain name and other material (“IPs”) are protected under applicable copyright, patent, trademark, and other laws. The IPs belong or are licensed to us, our affiliates or its software or content suppliers. We grant you the right to view and use the IPs subject to these Terms only. Any reprint, electronic reproduction, modification, or distribution of any IPs from the Site in whole or in part for any other purpose is expressly prohibited without our prior written consent. You agree not to use, nor permit any third party to use, the IPs in a manner that violates any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms.

• YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT OUR SITE MAY CONTAIN DATA PROVIDED TO US BY A THIRD PARTY. THIS DATA MAY HAVE BEEN COLLECTED BY A THIRD PARTY PURSUANT TO THAT THIRD PARTY’S TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY AND/OR AN AUTHORIZATION OR CONSENT. • To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, to the extent our liability is not already excluded by the foregoing covenants, our aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms, our Site, your contributions, and any data or information provided under or in connection with our website shall otherwise be limited to an amount equal to one hundred U.S. Dollars ($100).
• You shall indemnify, defend, and hold ContributionDao and any of our directors, employees, successors, and assignees harmless from and against any and all losses, including, but not limited to, third-party claims, suffered by us arising from your (i) breach of these Terms; (ii) breach of your representations and warranties and/or covenants made hereunder; (iii) use of our Site, its content or features in violation of these Terms or in any other unauthorized manner; (iv) your infringement, misappropriation, or violation of the rights of any other person or organization; (v) any content, material or information (in any form or medium) that you submit, post, upload, provide, contribute, or make available through the Site’s features (if any); and/or (vi) violation of any and all applicable laws, rules, or regulations. If you are obligated to defend us, we have the right to control any action if we want and you shall not settle any action without our consent, unless the settlement is only for money damages, which you shall entirely pay.

• No party will be held liable or responsible to any other party nor be deemed to have breached these Terms and the ContributionDao Policies for failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any provision hereunder when such failure or delay results from Force Majeure Event. The affected party will notify the other party of such Force Majeure Event as soon as reasonably practical and will make every reasonable effort to mitigate the effects of such Force Majeure Event.
• These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall exclusively be resolved by the ordinary courts of Singapore.
